Key Skills

• IBM i / AS400 system monitoring and L1 support
• Monitor LPARs, jobs, subsystems, CPU, memory, disk & system health
• Job/queue management: hold, release, end, failed/stuck jobs
• Backup monitoring: BRMS, backup failures, unsaved objects
• User administration: profiles, passwords, access
• IFS & storage monitoring
• Basic TCP/IP/network troubleshooting
• IBM Power / HMC / VIOS monitoring
• Incident management, ITIL, SLA & escalation to L2/L3
• Strong production support and shift handover experience

Must-Have

2–4 yrs IBM i/AS400 + production monitoring + job management + backup/BRMS + LPAR/HMC/VIOS + basic networking + 24x7 support.
