Job Description This is a remote position. Our client, a leading global ICT provider,is recruiting for a ICT Business Coach to join their business in Germany. Position Title: ICT Business Coach Position Type: Freelancer Start Date: ASAP Location: Stuttgart region, remote Contact: Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: Identifying client needs and business development opportunities Creating business plans and providing market feedback Advising on go-to-market strategies and revenue growth initiatives Supporting implementation of business strategies and branding efforts Participating in relevant industry events and forums Collaborating with company contacts where needed to ensure alignment Monitoring competitors and advising on strategy alternatives Qualifications: At least more than 2-3 years business development experience of IT solution selling in manufacture/ Financial / Gov / ISP industry . Technical Background in IT, having knowledge with Storages, Networks, Clouds and typical applications in Enterprise Environment. Experience in working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams. Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business Fluency in German and English is a must.
