Job Title: SailPoint ISC Engineer (Identity & Access Management)

Location: Remote

Duration: 18 Months Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience.
• Strong experience integrating SailPoint with SAP environments.
• Experience with:
• SAP ECC
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP GRC
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
• Experience with provisioning, access certifications, lifecycle management, and role governance.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience troubleshooting SailPoint connectors and synchronization issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint ISC certification.
• Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) governance and SAP security.
• Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as EasyVista or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of access review campaigns and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and identity lifecycle orchestration.
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments.
