Join Rublon and help us grow our identity security business across Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America.
Rublon MFA is a multi-factor authentication platform used by organizations around the world to protect access to applications, servers, VPNs, remote desktops, networks, and other enterprise resources.
We are looking for an experienced
Identity Security Engineer who will become a key technical representative of Rublon for customers and partners across Spain and LATAM.
This is a customer-facing role combining
Technical Presales, Product Demonstrations, POCs, Solution Design, Implementation Support, and Partner Enablement.
What You’ll Work On
You will help customers understand how Rublon MFA fits into their existing infrastructure and how to deploy it effectively.
You will work with customers throughout the technical part of the buying and implementation process — from discovery and product demonstrations through solution design, Proof of Concept, technical validation, and initial production deployment.
You will also work with Rublon partners, helping their engineers build the skills required to demonstrate, deploy, and support Rublon MFA independently.
This is not an internal IT administration or helpdesk role. We are looking for an engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead customer conversations, workshops, and technical projects.
How You’ll Work
- Territory: Spain and Spanish-speaking LATAM
- Location: remotely or from our office in Palma de Mallorca, Spain
- Customer work: primarily remote meetings, demonstrations, POCs, and technical implementation sessions
- Travel: occasional travel to customers, partners, industry events, or Rublon locations
- Technology areas: MFA, IAM, SSO, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, RDP, VPN, SSH, RADIUS, LDAP/LDAPS, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, DNS, TLS, certificates, networking
- Self-development: access to online training courses and sponsored certifications
What You’ll Do
As An Identity Security Engineer At Rublon, You Will
- conduct technical discovery sessions and understand customer environments,
- recommend Rublon MFA architecture and identify required integrations,
- deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases,
- define and lead POCs with clear scope and success criteria,
- configure Rublon MFA with customers and troubleshoot technical issues,
- analyze authentication flows, logs, network connectivity, and configuration problems,
- support initial production deployments and rollout planning,
- work with sales on technical qualification, objections, and solution design,
- train customer administrators and partner engineers,
- support partners during their first POCs and implementations,
- create reusable technical documentation, deployment guidance, and reference architectures.
Skills You Have
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- solid hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, IAM, or cybersecurity,
- good knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID,
- practical understanding of authentication, MFA, and SSO,
- experience with technologies such as RADIUS, LDAP/LDAPS, SAML, VPN, or similar enterprise integrations,
- good understanding of Windows Server, networking, DNS, TLS, certificates, and authentication flows,
- strong troubleshooting skills and experience analyzing application or system logs,
- experience working directly with customers in a technical role,
- confidence leading technical meetings, workshops, and remote implementation sessions,
- the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly,
- the ability to take technical ownership from discovery through POC and initial deployment.
You do not need to know every Rublon integration before joining. We are looking for strong infrastructure, identity, or cybersecurity experience and the ability to become a Rublon MFA expert quickly.
Languages
- Spanish: fluent or native-level — required
- English: strong professional level — required
You should be comfortable conducting technical meetings, demonstrations, troubleshooting sessions, and customer training in Spanish while working internally with Rublon teams in English.

- FIDO2/WebAuthn and passwordless authentication,
