We're looking for a Game Designer to join our iGaming team and own the full design responsibility of our eInstant production. This is a jack-of-all-trades role: you'll need enough math to design probabilities, enough code to implement logic, and enough design sense to know when something feels off. You don't need to be a mathematician, a software engineer, or a UX designer, but you need to be curious enough to operate across all three.

What you’ll do:

• Conceptualize and design game flow based on client direction or our own ideas, always with mathematical feasibility in mind
• Create the math design (probabilities, distributions, payout structures)
• Program core game logic in code (Typescript) or oversee implementation
• Build and troubleshoot simulations to verify mathematical validity
• Playtest relentlessly. Provide feedback on prototypes, update the design when something doesn’t feel right
• Collaborate with artists and developers to keep design, experience, and visuals in sync
• Analyse user data to improve future designs
• Work directly with client stakeholders, defending good ideas while staying open when their feedback genuinely improves things

What you'll bring:

• Game design experience (this is a must)
• Strong grasp of math concepts: probabilities, distributions, statistics
• Ability to solve problems with code. We don't care about specific languages, we care that you can think in logic and implement it
• Curiosity and internal drive to learn. You research, you dig, you don't wait to be told
• Flexibility without being unprincipled: you find the best solution for the problem at hand, not the one that protects your ego
• Clear communication in written and spoken English
• Experience using AI as a tool (not a crutch) across your workflow

Nice to have:

• Previous iGaming experience
• UX or visual design skills
• Comfort working across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience in remote teams
