Job Description This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a full-time Immigration Attorney to support and manage a high-volume U.S. immigration caseload in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. They operate within the U.S. immigration legal services space and have strengthened their operations over recent years by scaling case volume, modernizing workflows, and expanding service offerings. This role is ideal for a self-driven attorney who thrives on ownership, precision, and direct client interaction. The Immigration Attorney will independently manage cases, meet strict quality and timing standards, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage assigned immigration cases from intake through filing and resolution. Maintain a minimum 95% on-time filing rate based on mutually agreed deadlines with clients. Communicate with clients clearly and professionally, responding to inquiries within 24 business hours. Set, manage, and meet client expectations throughout the lifecycle of each case. Prepare for and attend client interviews in Buffalo and other locations as assigned. Deliver weekly progress reports detailing case activity and status. Independently manage cases without principal attorney review after the first 90 days. Maintain 100% accuracy in filings and strict adherence to internal drafting, review, and filing protocols. Calendar and manage all deadlines using online systems, with deadlines reviewed during weekly meetings. Draft applications within 10–14 business days after receiving complete documentation. Complete full applications within four weeks after attorney fees, application fees, and signed agreements are received. Actively monitor federal agency portals and online systems for case updates and communications. Proactively reduce RFEs by addressing common issues during initial filings. Begin direct client management after the initial three-month ramp-up period. Contribute to written and video content such as blogs, FAQs, and educational materials. Requirements 5 years of hands-on experience practicing U.S. immigration law. Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-moving legal environment. Strong client-facing communication skills. High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through. Tech-savvy approach, including experience with Lawmatics, online USCIS filing, and immigration portals. Qualifications U.S. Bar admission is a plus but not required. Experience independently managing cases end to end. Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset. Ability to balance productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction simultaneously. Benefits Full-time position. 100% remote role. Exposure to a growing immigration practice with expanding scope. Opportunity to take ownership of cases and grow professionally. Structured performance expectations with clear KPIs.
