Immigration Case Manager (English-Spanish) 🌎⚖️

📍 Location: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT

We are looking for an Immigration Case Manager to join a U.S.-based immigration law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience independently managing immigration cases from intake through final resolution, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring all filings, deadlines, and case milestones are successfully completed.

Responsibilities

✅ Manage immigration cases from intake through final resolution

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle

✅ Independently oversee case progression, timelines, and deliverables

✅ Gather, review, and organize supporting documentation

✅ Prepare and manage immigration filings and supporting packages

✅ Handle Family-Based Immigration matters, including:

• I-130
• I-485
• I-765
• I-131
• I-864
• Consular Processing
• Family-Based Waivers

✅ Track USCIS updates, RFEs, biometrics appointments, interviews, and case deadlines

✅ Conduct detailed case reviews to identify potential issues before filing

✅ Coordinate directly with attorneys regarding case strategy and developments

✅ Prepare clients for interviews and procedural requirements

✅ Maintain accurate case records and case management systems

Requirements

✔️ 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Case Manager

✔️ Proven experience independently managing immigration cases from start to finish

✔️ Strong experience with Family-Based Immigration and Adjustment of Status (AOS)

✔️ Experience handling client communication throughout the immigration process

✔️ Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures, filing requirements, and immigration documentation

✔️ Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision

✔️ Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)

✔️ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

⭐ Experience with Special Visas

⭐ Exposure to Removal Defense

⭐ Immigration Litigation support experience

⭐ Experience handling multiple immigration practice areas beyond Family-Based Immigration
