Job Title: Immigration Paralegal

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with experience supporting U.S. immigration matters. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing and managing employment- and family-based immigration cases, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and file U.S. immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with USCIS requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates.
• Assist attorneys throughout the immigration process.
• Maintain accurate records and track case progress.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Proven experience handling U.S. immigration cases, preferably with a U.S. law firm.
• Experience with E-2 Investor Visas, L-1 Intracompany Transfers, EB-5 Immigrant Investor Petitions, Green Cards, and related employment-based immigration matters.
• Experience with VAWA, U Visas, and other humanitarian immigration cases.
• Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures and immigration documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
