Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and overall impact. Data Analysis and Dashboard Building (~25%): Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpret findings to generate actionable insights. Create clear, impactful data visualizations, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for program managers and leadership. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports that enable program teams and leadership to monitor outcomes, progress toward goals, and compliance with reporting requirements. Facilitate data-informed discussions with program teams, including navigating sensitive or challenging findings, to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
