Your impact As an Implementation Consultant at Ultimo , you help customers modernize their asset and maintenance operations using a best‑in‑class EAM platform. You work closely with customer stakeholders and internal experts to design, configure, and deliver solutions that actually get adopted. You are trusted to lead not just to execute. What you’ll be doing: Own end‑to‑end EAM implementations , from initial analysis through successful go‑live Lead workshops and guide customers toward best‑practice asset and maintenance processes Translate business needs into a scalable, high‑performing Ultimo configuration Configure workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting in the platform Run multiple projects in parallel while keeping scope, quality, and timelines tight Enable users through training and hands‑on support during adoption Collaborate closely with consulting peers, product teams, and support Help evolve Ultimo’s implementation approach by sharing insights and lessons learned Why Ultimo? You are happy to travel to client sites when necessary (this is 20/30%)
