Implementation Coordinator

The role
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will support our project teams as we help a Jeddah-based partner streamline their internal operations. This fully remote position focuses on the practical steps needed to move a process from a messy spreadsheet into a stable, functional system. You will be responsible for keeping the small details of a project moving while we untangle complex system migrations.

What you will do

• Review system logs to identify exactly where data transfers are failing or getting stuck.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect new workflow changes and logic.
• Track the progress of specific technical tasks within our project management tools to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Sit in on user interviews to document how employees currently navigate their tools and where they face the most friction.
• Verify that data migration from old databases to new ones is accurate by performing manual checks and comparisons.
• Draft status updates that focus on concrete blockers and solutions rather than vague progress reports.
• Monitor new processes during their first month of live operation to catch and fix errors before they become habits.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that routing logic changes are implemented according to the project plan.

What we are looking for

• A logical mind that enjoys figuring out how things work under the hood and finding where a chain of events broke.
• Strong skills in basic tools like Excel, specifically using formulas to organize and validate large sets of data.
• Clear and direct writing skills for documenting technical processes in a way that anyone can understand.
• A natural tendency to ask why when a process step seems unnecessary, redundant, or overly complicated.
• The ability to stay organized and productive while working in a fully remote environment without constant supervision.
• Curiosity about how different business departments, such as finance or human resources, interact and exchange information.
• A high level of attention to detail when checking logs or verifying that data entries match across different systems.
