Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build, standardize, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and templates across all service lines and each stage of the implementation lifecycle.
- Define and document cross-team handoffs and go-live readiness standards so that all teams operate from a consistent understanding of the process.
- Maintain a single, current source of truth for implementation processes and reference materials.
- Own the standardization of client data points to ElevatePFS standard data values, and build and maintain the automations that support that mapping.
- Design and maintain workflow automations, including monday.com boards and automations, file routing, and reconciliations, that reduce manual effort for the delivery teams.
- Evaluate repetitive, manual tasks across the department and determine which should be converted into documented, automated processes.
- Design and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting covering pipeline-to-capacity, go-live and transition tracking, and quality and training trends.
- Analyze trends and surface risks or bottlenecks to implementation leadership with clear, decision-ready recommendations.
- Translate delivery team pain points into concrete process, tooling, or automation improvements and coordinate their rollout.
- Develop onboarding materials and internal reference documentation to support the enablement of new implementers.
- Lead recurring reviews of implementation processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Prioritize improvement initiatives by business impact and manage them from concept through documented, adopted change.
- Administer the EPIC access agreement process company-wide, from submission through documentation retention, and recommend improvements to that workflow.
- Own the high-level monday.com boards that support department reporting and data analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
