This is one of those roles. About the Role As an Implementation Lead, you will own the delivery of our platform for leading financial institutions. You will lead complex implementations end-to-end — from onboarding to full adoption — ensuring clients achieve long-term value from the platform. This is a hands-on leadership role combining client engagement, delivery ownership, and team leadership within a fast-growing product company. You will work closely with clients, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with the product roadmap, while avoiding unnecessary one-off customisations. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end implementations for asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions Act as the primary delivery lead for clients, managing expectations, timelines, and success criteria Lead and grow a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, driving accountability and delivery quality Structure and drive implementation programmes, ensuring scalable configuration, integration, and adoption Oversee data-intensive implementations, including data migration and integration with client systems Support clients in using platform data effectively, including reporting, analytics, and advanced capabilities where relevant Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones Align client expectations with product capabilities and delivery constraints to ensure sustainable outcomes Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align implementations with roadmap priorities and support scalable product development Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value realisation Continuously improve implementation playbooks and delivery processes as the company scales What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in software implementation, delivery, or client-facing roles within financial services Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex implementations for financial institutions Initial experience leading teams in a delivery environment Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Experience working with data-heavy platforms and complex datasets Exposure to, or strong interest in, AI-driven solutions and practical AI usage Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with high ownership Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or SaaS environments Understanding of data governance, compliance, or investment operations Experience implementing configurable platforms rather than purely custom-built solutions What We Offer Opportunity to shape implementation strategy in a scaling SaaS company Work at the intersection of data, AI, and financial services Collaborative, international, and fast-growing environment A culture that values ambition, courage, and teamwork Hybrid working arrangements (office and remote work) Additional health insurance Depowise hires and treats its employees on equal terms and does not allow any discrimination regarding to sex, gender identity, nationality, religion, belief system, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, political opinion, union membership or social or ethnic origin.
