Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in Administer Innovation campaign (such as a Call for Ideas, Call for Projects, Call for Alliance) 1.Control the master schedule ( timeline management) for all innovation cycles by setting clear deadlines for project milestones to ensure adherence of teams with the overarching program calendar. 2.Assess and contribute in resolving roadblocks for teams w.r.t to timelines, technical and legal reviews to achieve project milestones. 3.Organize the physical and digital infrastructure of innovation events, including demo days, workshops, and selection committee meetings to have a successful outcome of events. Contribute and provide Market Intelligence using AI tools to Innovation teams : 1.Conduct desk research on macro-trends, emerging technologies, competitor moves, and startup ecosystems to support specific team use cases. 2. Provide qualitative and quantitative market data summary (one-page briefs or landscape maps) for internal innovation projects to speed up completing desired market analysis. 3. Report and communicate global and regional mobility and technology trends to help the team identify potential risks and new pipeline opportunities. As the voice of the Innovation department, you will manage a multi-channel communication strategy to keep the innovation agenda top-of-mind for employees and executives. 1. Draft "Innovation Pulse" - strategic report that highlights startup success stories, progress of Innovation teams, pilot milestones, and industry trends to leadership and Innovation cohorts. 2. Define and contribute in designing and executing Innovation townhall/walk and Innovation days to exhibit technology capabilities and translating the same into outcomes. 3. Manage the internal innovation portal to foster a community of innovators and maintain a steady drumbeat of engagement. 4. Provide concise, high-impact messaging for leaders to use in their own strategic updates to ensure the innovation narrative is consistent across all levels. Education - Bachelors Degree (Any stream) - Mandatory Preferable Degree (MBA/MS/PGDM - General mgmt / Marketing and Business analytics / Innovation or Technology mgmt) Experience - 0-2 years in Mobility, Electronics/Telecom/ Energy sectors Knowledge of Innovation Frameworks & Ecosystems Basic knowledge of Market Analysis, Business models Basic knowledge on Branding and Marketing Communications Knowledge of Project Management, Coordination & associated tools Knowledge in Mobility systems [ vehicle technology, ecosystems] Proficient with collaborating across different functions / domains Knowledge in communication, story telling, content creation Working with uncertainty associated with Innovations Basic exposure to do Market Analysis for different use-cases competent in the use of AI tools
