Is this job info correct?

This is a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing, VC-backed technology company serving multi-site enterprises.

To protect confidentiality at this stage, we're not sharing further details about the business — the company's name and context will be shared with candidates who advance in the process.

  • Location: Mexico.
  • Work Setup: 100% remote.

What This Role Is About

You'll build and run this company's inbound marketing engine — designing multi-channel campaigns, owning HubSpot automation and lead scoring, and turning brand awareness into pipeline across the U.S. and LATAM. We're looking for someone with the urgency to launch fast, the curiosity to test new channels and AI tools, and the storytelling chops to make campaigns land — equally comfortable setting the strategy and running it day-to-day with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Design, launch, and manage integrated inbound campaigns tied to brand milestones, product launches, and industry events — building a campaign calendar that connects ads, email, social, and web into cohesive, multi-touch programs that drive MQL growth.
  • Create conversion-oriented content that powers those campaigns, including landing pages, case studies, webinars, ROI tools, emails, blog posts, and infographics — adapting messaging and language for the U.S. and LATAM markets.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring to automate nurture across email, content, and social, partnering with Sales on closed-loop reporting tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, and own SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, performance monitoring), using A/B testing to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Own event and conference activation end-to-end — from pre-event content and lead-capture strategy to post-event nurture flows — maximizing ROI from the company's presence at industry events.
  • Track campaign ROI and funnel performance (Inquiry → MQL → SQL), deliver reporting dashboards in HubSpot, and use those insights — plus AI-powered marketing tools — to continuously refine targeting, content, and channel mix.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 3–5 years in B2B inbound/demand gen marketing.
  • Track record of campaigns that moved pipeline and revenue, not just activity.
  • Hands-on HubSpot: workflows, scoring, reporting.
  • Running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Fluent with AI marketing tools — beyond basic prompting.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, with U.S. market experience.
  • Comfortable owning strategy and execution with minimal oversight.

Nice to have, not required:

  • Energy or facilities management experience
  • Jira, ClickUp, Adobe Suite
  • Webinars, ABM, event marketing
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics
  • Sales/RevOps collaboration
