LIVYO manages residential rentals for Italian landlords. Leads come in constantly. We need a performance driven person to turn them into booked viewings.

Speed is the job. Tenants message five listings at once. Fast and accurate is what gets you the numbers you need to maximize your earnings

You'll

• Answer enquiries within minutes, WhatsApp, idealista, immobiliare, phone, in Italian. AI assisted
• Qualify: budget, dates, occupants, employment, documents, guarantor
• Book the viewing
• Chase silent leads and cross sell
• Log everything in the CRM
• Screen out anyone who'd fail document checks

We measure

• Time to first reply

You need

• Native-level Italian. Tested in round one.
• Fluent English — our team works in English
• Ability to steer a conversation to "when can I see it?"
• AI use
• Own computer, stable internet, backup power

Terms

€600–950/month in EUR, plus €50 per deal closed. Bank fees on us. Contractor — you invoice monthly.

• Once you apply, as we screen and before the interview, you will be asked to send a voice note in Italian and one in english: you're calling a tenant who asked about a two-bed in Milan yesterday and went quiet. Italy and English Fluency are must haves
