Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Remote (equipment provided)
Hours: Evenings and Weekends (approx. 5-9 PM ET M-F, 9-5 ET on Saturdays)
Compensation: $22-$24/hr

About the role

Havenside is looking for a friendly, organized phone professional to connect with people who have asked about our services through Facebook and Instagram ads. You will often be the first person they speak with at Havenside, so your goal is to make that first conversation helpful, clear, and welcoming.

On each call, you will follow a proven script to learn what the customer needs, confirm they are a good fit, and book an onsite appointment on our sales calendar. Your notes give our sales team the context they need before they arrive. Call volume is modest at first and will grow over time. Between calls, you will help our sales and customer service teams with administrative work.

No prior experience with Havenside is needed. We will train you on our services, the script, and our tools.

What you will do

• Respond to new leads: Answer inbound calls and make timely outbound calls to people who submitted an inquiry through our Meta ads. Follow up with leads you have not yet reached.
• Qualify each lead: Use our script to understand each person's needs, timeline, and location, and to answer common questions about Havenside.
• Book onsite appointments: Schedule qualified leads directly on the sales calendar, and confirm the date, time, address, and contact details before ending the call.
• Keep clear records: Write accurate notes for every call and update each lead's status so the sales team is fully prepared.
• Support the team: When calls are slow, help sales and customer service with data entry, lead list cleanup, appointment confirmations, and follow-up messages.
• Share what you hear: Pass along common questions and objections to help us improve the script and the customer experience.

What you bring

Required

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or appointment setting.
• A warm, professional phone manner and the ability to follow a script while sounding natural.
• Strong listening skills and fast, accurate note-taking.
• Comfort with online calendars, email, and web-based tools.
• Availability for the full schedule: weekday evenings and Saturdays as listed above.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home and reliable high-speed internet.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience calling leads from social media or online ads.
• Experience using a CRM (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) or scheduling software.
• Background in home services, residential sales, or in-home appointment setting.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
