What you will do: We are looking for a Inclusion & Belonging Program Manager who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like. Lead and manage inclusion and belonging programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, budgets, and defined success metrics. Design, facilitate, and deliver training, workshops, and group discussions that are structured, engaging, and results-oriented, resulting in inclusive environments that drive participation dialogue, and actionable outcomes. Co-design and implement training programs, focus groups, and presentations for internal and external audiences to build awareness, skills, and engagement. Apply project management methodologies to develop comprehensive plans, track progress, manage resources, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Training, Communications, and community partners) to define objectives, integrate DE&I efforts, and ensure effective implementation and communication. Research and apply DE&I best practices and industry trends to inform program design, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to measure program impact and inform decision-making. Facilitate team engagement and problem-solving by guiding discussions toward clear outcomes, adapting facilitation approaches to diverse audiences and needs. Coordinate logistics and execution of training, workshops, and events, ensuring seamless delivery and strong participant experience. Monitor performance and compliance with tracking systems, supporting the development of integrated reporting processes and metrics from community-based services. Identify risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities, proactively addressing issues and recommending solutions to strengthen program effectiveness. Gather and incorporate community and stakeholder feedback through formal and informal channels to inform program enhancements. Prepare and deliver regular reports to leadership on progress, outcomes, risks, and key insights. Document lessons learned, best practices, and project materials to support sustainability and future program success. What you will bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or community related field required. Equivalent combination of experience and/or education may substitute with a preference for five years progressive relevant work experience. Experience: Minimum of three years’ progressive project management experience. Program development and program evaluation experience required. Experience with diversity, equity, inclusion and employee engagement program development, implementation, management, and evaluation experience required. Previous healthcare industry experience preferred. Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access: The compensation for this position is $72,500.00 to $85,500.00 annually. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
