THE QUICK FACTS Location: Remote-first (occasional travel) Contract: Full-time, permanent Start: Immediate or near-term DBS check required for all candidates Scope: Supporting learners across apprenticeships in digital, data, AI, cyber and tech The real work: Most of your time is spent working directly with learners, assessing needs, building personalised support plans, and delivering 1:1 or small group interventions that drive real progress. You’ll be working across multiple learners, needs and priorities in a fast-scaling environment. It moves fast, but the pace here is about depth, not just speed. The environment: We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own learner support outcomes end-to-end. Apprentify is a scale-up; processes are still being built and things evolve quickly. Reports to: Inclusion Support Manager How we work: Clear expectations, genuine ownership of how you deliver against them . THE HONEST HARD BIT: This role comes with a high level of responsibility across multiple learners, each with different needs. There’s admin, documentation, and constant prioritisation alongside delivery. In a scale-up environment, things shift and you’ll need to stay organised while adapting quickly.
