Role Description The Inclusive Education Fellow (AIDA Certified) – Earn While You Transform Classrooms is a remote, contract role focused on implementing inclusive, neuro-informed teaching practices in K–12 learning environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include using AIDA tools and insights to assess learner needs, co-designing adaptive classroom strategies with educators, and supporting the creation of individualized learning plans that address diverse neurotypes. The Fellow collaborates with teachers, school leaders, and caregivers to embed inclusive practices, facilitate training sessions or workshops, and document measurable learning outcomes. This role also involves gathering feedback from classroom pilots, contributing to continuous improvement of DAWN’s neurotech solutions, and sharing evidence-based practices with the wider inclusion community.

Qualifications

• Strong background in inclusive or special education, educational psychology, or related fields, with the ability to translate neurodiversity research into practical classroom strategies.
• Skills in classroom facilitation, teacher coaching, and stakeholder engagement to support educators, parents, and caregivers in adopting inclusive practices.
• Comfort working with AI-powered learning tools, data dashboards, or educational technology platforms, and ability to interpret basic cognitive or learning analytics.
• Experience designing or implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), differentiated instruction, or universal design for learning (UDL) approaches.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple school or program engagements, and document outcomes in a structured, evidence-based manner.
• Prior experience in K–12 classrooms, NGOs, inclusion-focused education programs, or community-based learning initiatives is highly beneficial.
