This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering operational excellence within securities and cash income processing. Main Responsibilities: Processing and validating income payments received from financial markets. Investigating and resolving cash and securities discrepancies with custodians and internal stakeholders. Monitoring outstanding reconciliation items and driving resolutions within agreed timelines. Performing daily operational controls and ensuring complete audit traceability. Managing operational communications and responding to stakeholder queries efficiently. Ensuring cash and securities positions are correctly reconciled and accurately justified. Identifying issues, escalating risks, and implementing corrective actions when required. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in Securities Operations, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Income Processing, Custody Services, Reconciliations, or Investment Operations . Knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and income events. Strong understanding of operational controls, risk awareness, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in English (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . High attention to detail and a risk-aware mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proactive approach to process enhancement and operational efficiency.
