Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. Provide 1st Level Technical Support across a broad range of technologies. Support applications, network, systems (Linux and Windows), databases, and security environments. Work as part of a team operating in a 24/7 shift schedule to ensure continuous market operations. Prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical queries across multiple systems. Troubleshoot issues related to applications, infrastructure, databases, networks, and security. Actively participate in major incident, problem, and change management processes. Contribute to projects aimed at improving support processes, operational efficiency, and service quality. Experience providing technical support in enterprise or mission-critical environments. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Understanding of networking, databases, infrastructure, and security concepts. Experience troubleshooting applications and IT infrastructure issues. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
