Overview Flexible Worker Contract Location: Remote- Oxford/ Reading, Peterborough/ Boston, Norwich, Kent, North Yorkshire, Blackpool, Manchester About the role We're seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team, assessing apprentices undertaking the Early Years and Education Apprenticeship Standards. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Early Years Educators, Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Managers, Childcare Assessors, Apprenticeship Assessors, Trainer Assessors and End Point Assessors who are looking for a flexible role where they can continue making a meaningful impact within the Early Years sector. As an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA), you'll play a vital role in supporting apprentices as they complete their apprenticeship journey, assessing their knowledge, skills and behaviours against the requirements of the apprenticeship standard. Through fair, robust and consistent assessment practices, you'll help maintain the quality and professionalism of the future Early Years workforce. This role offers the opportunity to use your sector expertise in a rewarding and flexible way, while continuing to contribute to the development of Early Years education and childcare professionals. How you’ll make an impact: Delivering EPA in line with the Early Years and Education Standards Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency Communicating with apprentices, ITP’s and employers on EPA and grading We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: A recognised Assessor qualification or working towards At least 3 years’ occupational competency within the Early Years and/or Education sectors Hold at least a level 3 qualification in the occupational area Experience of producing clear and accurate reports Good IT Skills A full valid driving licence as travel (essential) Feeling inspired?
