Role Description The Independent Entrepreneur will operate as a full-time real estate investment advisor within the Alexandra Viveiros Collection Homes network. This hybrid role is based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, with time spent both meeting clients and visiting properties in person, as well as performing research and administrative tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating property investment opportunities, conducting market and financial analyses, and preparing clear recommendations for clients. The role involves negotiating purchase conditions, coordinating with legal and tax professionals, and supporting clients through processes such as Golden Visa and non-residency applications. The Independent Entrepreneur will build and maintain a personal client portfolio, nurture long-term relationships, and uphold the company’s standards of integrity, discretion, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong real estate advisory skills, including property evaluation, investment analysis, and transaction negotiation.
• Knowledge of local legal and tax frameworks related to property investments, including familiarity with Golden Visa and non-residency programs.
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a professional network.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and additional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-person property visits and client meetings in the Lisbon area, combined with remote tasks.
• Previous experience in real estate, investment advisory, or a related field is highly beneficial; relevant professional certifications or a degree in business, law, finance, or real estate are a plus.
