Luzrumo is now inviting applications from refined, well-connected, and highly professional Independent International Education Consultants to collaborate with the company across selected international markets.

This is a fully remote and online contractor collaboration. The role is not office-based and does not require attendance at Luzrumo’s office in Lisbon. Approved consultants may collaborate with Luzrumo remotely from their country of residence, subject to selection, onboarding, and the relevant independent consultant agreement.

The Opportunity

As an Independent International Education Consultant, you will act as a professional market-facing consultant for Luzrumo. Your role may include identifying suitable students and families, introducing qualified enquiries, supporting professional client communication, and assisting with the full client journey for assigned Luzrumo services and advisory packages.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who understand the importance of discretion, accuracy, trust, and premium client service. Consultants must be able to represent Luzrumo with professionalism and care while communicating the company’s advisory approach clearly, ethically, and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Selected consultants are expected to support the client journey for assigned Luzrumo services and advisory packages, from initial client introduction through to completion of the relevant service scope, always in accordance with Luzrumo’s approved process, brand standards, and professional guidance.

Responsibilities may include:

• Identifying suitable prospective students and families within their market.
• Introducing qualified enquiries to Luzrumo through the approved company process.
• Presenting Luzrumo’s advisory services, packages, and process using approved company information.
• Supporting clients from the first enquiry stage through the agreed service journey, where assigned and authorised.
• Assisting with consultation preparation, client profiling, family needs analysis, and preliminary information collection.
• Supporting the organisation and follow-up of client documents, academic records, preferences, timelines, and service requirements through approved channels.
• Coordinating communication with families in a professional, discreet, and timely manner.
• Supporting school, boarding school, university, language programme, short programme, relocation preparation, accommodation coordination, and student-success advisory steps where included in the client’s selected package.
• Maintaining accurate records of client communication, progress, follow-ups, and completed service steps.
• Ensuring that assigned responsibilities are completed carefully and professionally.
• Protecting client confidentiality, personal data, documents, family information, and sensitive materials at all times.
• Representing Luzrumo’s premium brand with discretion, precision, care, and professionalism.
• Upholding ethical standards in all client, family, institutional, and market communications.

Consultants are not authorised to promise admission, visa approval, scholarships, residence permits, accommodation, employment, or any third-party outcome. Luzrumo provides advisory, guidance, coordination, and support; final decisions remain with the relevant schools, universities, authorities, providers, and clients.

Consultant Rewards

Luzrumo offers an attractive commission-based collaboration model for approved independent consultants. Commission opportunities generally range from 12% to 15%, depending on the relevant advisory service or full client package.

Where a consultant introduces a client through their own direct lead or referral, an additional 5% referral uplift may apply on top of the standard commission, subject to Luzrumo’s approval and the applicable collaboration terms.

High-performing consultants may also be considered for additional performance-based recognition and bonus opportunities, reflecting the quality, consistency, professionalism, and value of their contribution.

Full commercial terms, commission details, responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, and onboarding requirements are shared with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.

Candidate Profile

• Legal ability to provide independent contractor services in their country of residence.

Collaboration Structure

This is an independent contractor collaboration and not an employment position. The role is remote, online, and commission-based. There is no fixed salary, no office-based employment arrangement, and no guarantee of income.

Selected consultants are expected to operate independently in accordance with Luzrumo’s standards, onboarding requirements, confidentiality obligations, and collaboration agreement.

Before beginning any activity on behalf of Luzrumo, selected consultants will be required to complete the onboarding process and sign the relevant independent consultant agreement.
