The role

We’re expanding our partner network of independent (ZZP) recruiters who place blue-collar talent with vetted staffing agencies across the Netherlands and Europe.

You bring the network. We bring the platform, the vacancies, and full lifecycle visibility — without spreadsheets or manual commission tracking.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage your talent pool through your own branded recruitment portal
• Share your unique registration link with candidates (EU-wide)
• Propose candidates to live agency vacancies on the platform
• Track proposals, placements, arrivals, approved hours, and commissions in real time
• Partner with multiple agencies through one structured system

Who you are

• Experienced recruiter (ZZP / freelance / independent)
• Active network in logistics, warehouse, production, construction, or technical roles
• Comfortable working digitally and building long-term candidate relationships
• Professional, results-driven, and compliance-conscious
• Based in or focused on the Netherlands / EU market

Nice to have: Experience placing international / EU mobile workers
