Independent Sales Representative – DACH

Based in Romania | Remote | Commission Only

Flea Lover is looking for an experienced sales professional based in Romania to help us expand in the German-speaking markets.

Flea Lover is a cloud-based SaaS platform developed specifically for consignment, second-hand and resale stores.

Our system helps stores manage products, customers, sales, payments, bookings, labels, commissions and reporting – all in one solution.

The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and independent Sales Representative who can develop new customers primarily in:

🇩🇪 Germany

🇦🇹 Austria

🇨🇭 Switzerland

The position is 100% commission-based.

There is no fixed salary. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly linked to the customers you generate.

You will have the flexibility to work remotely and organize your own working schedule.

Your responsibilities

• Identify potential customers in the German-speaking markets.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Contact store owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct sales conversations in German.
• Present Flea Lover through online demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and close new customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Work independently to generate new business.

What we are looking for

Required:

• Fluent German
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and product demonstrations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to work on a 100% commission basis

An advantage:

• Experience selling SaaS or software
• Experience with POS, ERP, CRM or e-commerce solutions
• Experience selling to German-speaking customers
• Existing network of businesses in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
• Experience in retail, second-hand, consignment or resale
