About Ping Lead

Ping Lead is a growing digital platform designed specifically for tradespeople and independent service providers (plumbers, electricians, builders, etc.). Our software helps local businesses streamline their operations and get more work. We are expanding our footprint and looking for motivated individuals to help us onboard new clients.

The Role We are looking for self-driven Independent Field Sales Representatives to introduce Ping Lead to local business owners. You will be operating on the ground, engaging directly with tradespeople in your area, and showing them how our platform can add value to their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (independent contractors, sneaker cleaners , nail technicians , barbers , local tradesmen and much more).
• Distribute Ping Lead marketing materials (such as our promotional QR code cards) at relevant locations like hardware stores or community hubs.
• Clearly and simply explain the benefits of the Ping Lead platform to non-technical business owners.
• Manage your own daily schedule and sales pipeline.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For):

• No Previous Sales Experience Required: We hire for attitude, confidence, and work ethic. If you can hold a good conversation, you can do this job.
• Strong Communicator: You need to be comfortable walking up to people, shaking hands, and clearly explaining a product.
• Self-Starter: Because this is an independent role, you must be disciplined enough to manage your own time without a manager looking over your shoulder.
