You go first We're bringing on a small group of Dietitians to join Nutrium Care's India network. This group will work closely with our team to define what the best nutrition care experience on the market looks like. This isn't a typical contractor gig where you log in, see clients, log out. As a Dietitian in the Nutrium ecosystem, your voice will directly shape how we deliver Nutrium Care in India: how we onboard members, how we structure follow-ups, what tools you need, what's next. You'll be in the room as we build. ⭐ What you will bring Nutrium Care is a comprehensive, dietitian-led nutrition program that companies offer to their employees as a benefit. Members come to us with a wide range of goals: weight management, GLP-1 support, GI health, PCOS and women's health, diabetes management, and general wellbeing. They are matched with a Dietitian and work through 1:1 appointments and proactive follow-ups inside the Nutrium app. You'll work as an independent contractor, fully remote and fully online, with a flexible schedule that fits around your existing practice, compensation is per appointment, so you control how much you take on. If you're looking for the flexibility to build your caseload on your own terms, and want to partner with a health-tech company working to make quality nutrition care more accessible across India, this role is built for you. ⭐ What you will be doing Provide virtual 1:1 nutrition appointments and proactive follow-ups to Nutrium Care members through the Nutrium platform; Support members across a range of specialties and goals, from preventive wellness to chronic condition management; Document appointments and member progress directly in the Nutrium platform; Partner with our nutrition and product teams to refine the product (SaaS and app), care protocols, member experience, and workflows, sharing feedback so we can keep improving; Represent Nutrium's standard of care across every member interaction. ⭐ You might be a great fit if you... Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science from a recognized institution; Are registered as a Nutrition Science Professional under the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) via the AHPR portal, legacy Registered Dietitian (RD) credentials from the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) are recognized as a strong professional background as the field transitions to this new statutory framework; Are comfortable delivering care to members across different Indian states and regions (fluency in Hindi plus a regional language, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, etc., is a strong plus); Have strong English skills to collaborate with our international team; Are comfortable delivering virtual care and using digital tools to manage your caseload; Bring genuine curiosity about behavior change, evidence-based care, and what actually works for members long term, ideally with an interest in regionally-relevant dietary patterns; Communicate clearly and warmly, in writing and on video.
