Indirect Auto Credit Analyst

Indirect Auto Credit Analyst TEKsystems is partnering with Origence, one of the nation's leading Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs), to hire experienced Indirect Auto Credit Analysts. This is a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing lending operation that helps credit unions provide competitive financing options to consumers nationwide. In this role, you will review indirect auto loan applications, assess credit risk, communicate with dealers and credit union partners, and make lending decisions based on established underwriting guidelines. Responsibilities Review indirect auto loan applications from dealerships and credit union partners Analyze borrower credit profiles, income documentation, debt-to-income (DTI), loan-to-value (LTV), and payment-to-income (PTI) ratios Evaluate credit bureau reports and borrower history to determine overall creditworthiness Render loan decisions including approvals, denials, and conditional approvals Document underwriting decisions and supporting rationale within loan origination systems Communicate with dealers and credit union representatives to obtain additional information and resolve application issues Review and process second-look requests when applicable Follow up on approved loans to maximize funding opportunities Accurately track application status, communications, and loan documentation Meet departmental goals related to turnaround times, loan volume, and quality standards Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of indirect auto underwriting experience Experience with at least one of the following systems: MeridianLink Keystone Correlation CUDL ArcOS Ideal L360/Lending360 Experience reviewing credit bureau reports and making lending decisions Strong understanding of: DTI LTV PTI Income calculations Credit risk analysis Ability to manage a high-volume loan pipeline Strong communication and customer service skills Schedule First 2 weeks of training: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM MT After training: Thursday-Monday 12:00 PM-9:00 PM MT Tuesday and Wednesday off Location Requirements Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Colorado, Wyoming, Illinois, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Washington, Georgia, Virginia, or Hawaii. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
