Role Description The Indonesia Online Language School Franchise Partner role is a remote, contract opportunity for an entrepreneur to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Indonesia. In this role, you will oversee local market development, including identifying and engaging prospective learners and corporate clients, managing marketing activities, and coordinating promotions for Lingua Learn’s language and training programs. You will manage the local franchise operations, including financial planning, sales performance, and collaboration with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team. On a day-to-day basis, you will supervise client onboarding, maintain high service standards, ensure effective use of Lingua Learn’s systems and materials, and build partnerships with organizations and institutions. You will also recruit and coordinate local staff or collaborators as needed, while aligning all activities with Lingua Learn’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Experience in franchising and business ownership, with the ability to manage and grow a local franchise operation.
• Background in training, education, or learning services, with an interest in language or skills development.
• Competence in finance and budgeting, including planning, tracking revenue, and managing operational costs.
• Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, online platforms, and remote service delivery is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in education, training, or service-based businesses in Indonesia is an advantage.
