We believe work should build people up, not break them down, and that the same principles elite athletes use to prepare, perform, and recover apply directly to linemen, ironworkers, pipefitters, and construction professionals performing physically demanding work every day. We partner with utility, construction, renewable energy, and industrial organizations to transform how workforce health, safety, and performance are approached — combining movement science, technology, and proactive readiness strategies to improve resilience, reduce injury risk, and help workers thrive both on and off the job. We are a mission-driven team building something that matters. If you are energized by meaningful work and want to directly impact the lives of frontline workers while helping customers successfully adopt and scale innovative solutions, this is the place to do it. About the Role Vimocity is seeking an Industrial Athletic Trainer to serve as both a strategic customer partner and an on-the-ground performance specialist for our industrial clients. This hybrid role combines expertise in athletic training, movement science, ergonomics, and injury prevention with high-level customer relationship management and program implementation. You will act as the primary relationship owner for customer accounts while also conducting onsite visits, delivering workforce readiness coaching, supporting implementation initiatives, and helping organizations integrate Vimocity into their daily operations. You will work directly with utility, construction, and industrial organizations, engaging executives, safety leaders, operations managers, and frontline workers alike. Success in this role requires someone who can build trusted customer relationships in the boardroom while also confidently coaching workers in the field. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
