YOU BRING Proven industrial design experience for consumer electronics, handheld devices, and portable products Mastery of 3D modeling and CAD software — SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, Blender, or equivalent Ability to produce high-quality photorealistic 3D renders that sell the product before it exists Strong understanding of ergonomics, form factor, grip, button placement, and human factors Experience designing for manufacturability — injection molding, tolerances, materials, and DFM Comfort working with multi-component assemblies (enclosures, antennas, batteries, PCBs, screens) Portfolio that shows rugged, outdoor, or portable electronic products is a strong plus Familiarity with mesh networking devices, radio form factors, walkie-talkies, or mobile phone industrial design — bonus Industrial engineering or mechanical design background — bonus Ability to take a concept from rough sketch or existing model all the way to production-ready files YOU SHIP Production-ready 3D models (STEP, STL, native CAD) optimized for both prototyping and manufacturing Photorealistic renders and visual assets that make clients and backers fall in love with the product Industrial designs that balance aesthetics, ergonomics, ruggedness, and manufacturability Refined enclosures and form factors for complex multi-radio and portable electronic devices Clear design documentation and feedback that improves the product at every iteration Support for 3D-printed prototypes and preparation for injection-molded production Physical product experiences that feel inevitable — the right shape, the right weight, the right details YOU GET 20% of total revenue distributed among contractors based on our meritocracy model Tokens that increase every month you stay with us — loyalty compounds Tokens earned based on: Results, Speed, Proactivity, Creativity, Teamwork, Reliability, Precision, Communication, and more No politics, no ceiling — your output = your income Full transparency, paid monthly in USD/GBP 100% remote, async, global Independent contractor status — flexible hours, work from anywhere ARE YOU CRAZY ENOUGH?
