YOUR TASKS DESIGN... and implementation of measures to optimize manufacturing DEFINITION... and budgeting of planned production investments ESTABLISHMENT... and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimizations INTRODUCTION... of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system IDENTIFICATION... of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity MANAGEMENT... of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation CLOSE COLLABORATION... with all departments along the production chain CONDUCTING... and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team SHAPING... the mobility of the future YOUR PROFILE Completed technical education (university of applied sciences/technical university) with a focus on electrical engineering Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimization of production processes Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) Fluency in spoken and written German and English Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organized personality Independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%) Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.
