Industrial Wastewater Process Consultant
Location: Northwestern US region, remote
Reports To: RBL Division Leader
Status: Exempt
Travel: 6-9 days per month, self-directed
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and support existing products, professional services, and customer service at assigned regional client sites through routine customer communication (in person, email, and video)
- Independently schedule and collect onsite samples, select appropriate analytes for lab testing, analyze operational data, and report results
- Perform biological and equipment troubleshooting for anaerobic and aerobic wastewater treatment systems
- Set up, execute, and report anaerobic respirometry tests (SMA, BMP, ATA, etc.)
- Conduct biological training sessions for client personnel
- Develop solution-based proposals for prospective and existing clients
Required Abilities:
- Experience working with industrial anaerobic and/or aerobic wastewater treatment systems
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, wastewater operations, or design engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, but strong candidates from plant operations are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to travel by car (4-6 hours) and by air
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
