Influencer & Affiliate Growth Lead

$120,000 to $200,000 base salary plus equity

A profitable, fast-growing consumer fintech is hiring its first dedicated Influencer & Affiliate Growth Lead.

You will personally build and run a performance-focused creator, influencer and affiliate channel, with direct accountability for customer acquisition, CPA and conversion volume.

What you will own

• Source and recruit micro and mid-tier creators
• Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting and Spark Ads
• Build and manage affiliate and performance partnerships
• Evaluate partners using CPA, sign-ups, subscriptions and acquisition volume
• Reprice, renew or cut partnerships based on performance
• Turn creator content into paid acquisition assets across Meta and TikTok
• Build the operating infrastructure for the channel, including deal templates, scorecards, reporting and repeatable processes
• Identify and test new creator, affiliate and partnership opportunities without waiting for detailed direction

You are likely a strong fit if you have

• 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in influencer, affiliate or performance partnerships marketing
• Worked in-house at a B2C business
• Personally sourced, negotiated and managed creator or affiliate deals
• Owned measurable acquisition outcomes, not just impressions, reach or engagement
• Experience with whitelisting, usage rights or Spark Ads
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager or both
• Worked in fintech, healthtech or another regulated, high-trust consumer industry
• Built or materially scaled an influencer, affiliate or partnerships channel
• Operated successfully in a lean environment with limited support

We’re looking for specialists in performance-focused influencer and affiliate marketing, not generalist marketers or partnership managers.

This is a senior individual contributor role. It does not currently include a team and is not designed for someone seeking a Director or VP title.
