The Role

This is a full-time, dedicated role for a fresh graduate who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a career in influencer marketing and creator commerce. You'll learn the business hands-on: finding creators, onboarding them, supporting campaigns, and tracking performance. Work from home is available, but this is not a side gig. We need your full focus and energy.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify influencers, content creators, and affiliate publishers across GCC and MENA (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, ecommerce)
• Reach out to creators, pitch Adltix, and support onboarding
• Help match creators to brand campaigns and follow up on deliverables
• Track performance (clicks, conversions, sales) and prepare simple reports
• Keep our creator database clean and updated with contacts, rates, and results
• Support payout cycles and answer creator questions on tracking and payments
• Stay on top of trends across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate in marketing, business, media, or a related field
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and the regional creator scene
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with spreadsheets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Hungry to learn and grow fast in a startup environment
• Bonus: any internship, personal project, or content creation experience
