Turn creators and partnerships into customers.
An established global travel brand is investing in the next phase of its DTC growth strategy, with influencers, creators and affiliate partnerships set to play an increasingly important role in driving customer acquisition and revenue.
This isn't a traditional influencer role focused solely on awareness, nor a traditional affiliate role centred purely around publishers and discount sites. The ambition is to build a modern Influencer & Affiliate channel that drives measurable bookings, customers and revenue.
You'll join a small, ambitious marketing team and have the opportunity to help shape and scale the channel, testing new creators, partnerships and commercial models to understand what genuinely drives growth.
The Opportunity
- Help build and scale the influencer, creator and affiliate programme.
- Identify and develop relationships with creators and partners capable of driving measurable bookings and revenue.
- Manage activity across influencer partnerships, affiliate relationships and emerging social commerce opportunities.
- Test different creators, partners, content formats and commercial models to understand what drives performance.
- Work closely with Paid Social and the wider marketing team to maximise the value of creator content.
- Help develop the processes and tracking required to create a scalable acquisition channel.
Responsibilities
- Source, approach and onboard relevant influencers, creators and affiliate partners.
- Manage partnerships end-to-end across outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, activation and optimisation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators and commercial partners.
- Develop commission structures, affiliate links, discount codes and other performance-based partnership models.
- Track performance across revenue, bookings, conversions, CPA/CAC and ROI.
- Use data to identify which creators and partners should be scaled, optimised or deprioritised.
- Explore opportunities across social commerce, creator affiliate and performance-led influencer marketing.
- Work with Paid Social to amplify high-performing creator content across acquisition campaigns.
- Manage budgets and ensure activity delivers measurable commercial value.
Your Profile
- 2+ years' experience across Influencer, Creator and/or Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing partnerships from identification and outreach through to activation and optimisation.
- You'll ideally bring strength across either Influencer/Creator Marketing or Affiliate Marketing, alongside good exposure to the other.
- If you're predominantly from an affiliate background, you'll have a strong understanding of influencers, creators and social commerce, ideally with experience working directly with creators.
- If you're predominantly from an influencer background, you'll be comfortable thinking commercially about revenue, conversions, CPA/CAC, ROI and performance-based partnerships.
- Experience with affiliate platforms, commission structures, creator affiliate programmes, social commerce or paid amplification would be advantageous.
- Commercially minded and comfortable using performance data to decide where to invest and scale.
- Experience within travel, DTC, ecommerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or another consumer environment would be beneficial.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team.
- A genuine interest in travel and consumer behaviour.
Why Join?
- Opportunity to help build a strategically important growth channel rather than simply inherit an established programme.
- Annual complimentary travel experience across the wider group's brands.
- Friends & family travel discounts.
- Up to 4 weeks per year working from anywhere.
- 25 days' annual leave, plus your birthday and additional Learning & Development days.
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office and 2 days remotely.
- Wider employee benefits and travel perks.
