Job Description: Influencer & Community Relations Coordinator, Creator & Community Marketing Role, Full-Time Position

Brief Description: We're looking for an Influencer & Community Relations Coordinator to build and run our creator relations and community program from the ground up. This person doesn't create content — they identify, activate, and sustain the network of creators, community members, and aligned voices who will carry our brand's story authentically into the world, owning every piece of outreach, negotiation, and logistics that keeps the program running

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational rigor, an ownership mindset, and genuine comfort operating across sourcing, negotiation, shipping logistics, follow-up, and reporting — often simultaneously. They write in a refined, emotionally intelligent voice, have a sharp instinct for aesthetic and cultural fit, and know how to negotiate terms confidently without burning bridges.

We're looking for someone proactive and self-directed — someone who spots an opportunity and moves on it same-day, who treats this program like their own business unit, and who thrives on incomplete data and hypothesis-driven decision-making rather than waiting for perfect information or explicit instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and prioritize creators across tiers (nano, micro, macro) and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Substack, Pinterest), filtering by brand fit and engagement quality over follower count
• Own first-touch outreach and negotiation — gifting terms, affiliate rates, timing, and deliverables
• Manage the full creator pipeline from prospecting through active ambassador status, with disciplined multi-platform follow-up
• Own the creator seeding tracker and coordinate shipments with fulfillment and ecommerce teams, including unboxing experience and delivery follow-up
• Design and run the affiliate/creator community program, including commission structure and onboarding
• Design retention incentives alongside the content lead — community events, early access, member perks, and education sessions
• Track creator-generated content performance and feed learnings back into content, ads, and email strategy
• Deliver weekly reporting via the team's project management dashboard
• Recruit and manage a pilot cohort of creators, prioritizing quality over volume

Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer relations, affiliate marketing, or community management, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to a brand's editorial style
• Proven negotiation skills — comfortable pushing back on terms while protecting the relationship
• Highly organized with an ownership mindset; no loose ends
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving fast on emerging opportunities
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Shopify, and TikTok Shop is a plus
• Event coordination experience is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Details: Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY, but this is a remote position.
