Position Overview
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career marketer who is excited to build a career in influencer and creator marketing.
In this role, you’ll support influencer campaigns from initial strategy through final reporting. You’ll work directly with clients, creators, and internal team members to keep campaigns organized, on schedule, and aligned with each client’s goals. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, confident communicating with others, and excited to grow into greater account management and strategic responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Build and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, with support from senior team members.
- Participate in client calls, provide campaign updates, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with developing campaign strategies, creator recommendations, and creative concepts.
- Source, evaluate, and communicate with creators who align with each campaign.
- Coordinate creator outreach, negotiations, contracting, product shipments, content submissions, and approvals.
- Review creator content to ensure it follows the campaign brief, brand guidelines, and required disclosures.
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, budgets, creator lists, and performance reports.
- Monitor live content and organize campaign results, insights, and learnings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, creators, and internal partners.
- Identify potential campaign challenges early and help develop solutions.
- Stay current on social media trends, emerging creators, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferred
- 0–3 years of relevant experience, including internships, freelance work, campus organizations, or entry-level roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients and creators
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader creator landscape
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and ask thoughtful questions
- Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-moving environment
What We’re Looking For
The right person does not need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, curious, coachable, and genuinely interested in influencer marketing. This role will receive hands-on training and exposure to campaign strategy, account management, creator relationships, reporting, and client communication, with the opportunity to grow alongside the team.
Growth Opportunities
This position is designed to develop into a larger account management and influencer strategy role. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take greater ownership of client relationships, lead campaigns, contribute to strategy, and help shape the future of our influencer marketing programs.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other compensation programs.
Benefits
MPG offers a generous package of health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, paid maternity/paternity leave and life insurance. Our compensation program provides market industry base salary, bonuses, and 401K. In addition to paid holidays, we reward an employee’s extra efforts through unlimited paid time off.
