Role: Influencer Marketing Manager Team: Brand, Marketing Location: Remote or hybrid on-site at the Studio McGee | McGee & Co. HQ in Draper, UT Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: Studio McGee is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of our influencer and creator marketing program. This role will help evolve our influencer program beyond gifting and traditional affiliate relationships into a more intentional mix of organic relationships, paid creator partnerships, affiliate commerce, and high-performing creator content that can be amplified across the broader marketing ecosystem. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify and cultivate creators who authentically represent the Studio McGee brand, develop partnerships that introduce new customers to Studio McGee and drive product discovery, and build a pipeline of compelling creator content that can be leveraged across paid media, email, social, PDPs, and other owned channels. The ideal candidate has strong instincts for brand and design, understands the creator landscape, is highly relationship-oriented, and is equally comfortable evaluating creative quality and analyzing performance. Who We are: Founded in 2014, Studio McGee, Inc. is one of the fastest growing home design brands in America. Our journey began with a thriving interiors business that focused on approachable, yet aspirational design. By leveraging the power of digital communities, we were able to expand our footprint in the interior design industry through an unconventional approach that connected us with our consumers. We continued to carry that forward-thinking attitude into the launch of our retail business, McGee & Co., which anchors the operational and revenue growth of our company. Our licensing partnerships allow us to further expand our design voice beyond our own collection. From a multi-year partnership with Target to an Emmy-nominated Netflix Series and a NY Times Best-Selling book, Studio McGee's passion is to empower people to design with an approachability that enhances their daily life and elevates their every day. Whether following us on social media or becoming part of our company, we invite you to join us on our mission to “Make Life Beautiful.” What You'll Do: Influencer Strategy & Partnerships Execute Studio McGee's influencer and creator strategy across organic, gifting, affiliate, and paid partnerships. Identify and develop relationships with creators who authentically represent Studio McGee's aesthetic, values, and customer. Build and manage a strong pipeline of creators across different audience sizes, categories, and markets. Develop paid creator partnerships with clear objectives, deliverables, timelines, compensation structures, and performance expectations. Manage creator relationships from initial outreach and negotiation through content delivery, reporting, and ongoing relationship management. Partner with the Director of Brand and CMO to continually refine where and how Studio McGee invests in influencer marketing. Creator Commerce & Affiliate Manage creator relationships and programs across platforms including ShopMy, LTK, and AWIN. Use affiliate and commerce data to identify creators with strong brand alignment and demonstrated ability to influence purchasing behavior. Partner with internal teams to identify priority products and categories for creator campaigns, with an emphasis on key growth categories such as furniture, lighting, rugs, bedding, and seasonal collections. Develop strategies that balance product discovery, new customer acquisition, content creation, and attributable revenue. Continually evaluate creator and campaign performance to determine where to increase, decrease, or redirect investment. Creator Content & Amplification Build a scalable pipeline of high-quality creator content that extends beyond creators' organic audiences. Secure appropriate content usage rights and whitelisting permissions as part of paid partnerships. Partner with Paid Media, Creative, Social, E-commerce, and Email teams to identify creator content that can be amplified across marketing channels. Help develop and test different applications of creator content, including creator-led advertising, brand voiceovers, product-focused edits, PDP content, and promotional campaigns. Identify high-performing creator content and partnerships that can be scaled or repeated. Gifting & Relationship Management Oversee Studio McGee's influencer gifting and product-seeding program. Develop thoughtful gifting strategies tied to launches, seasonal priorities, and key product categories rather than relying solely on broad product seeding. Maintain strong, authentic relationships with existing creators while continuously identifying new voices and audiences. Manage creator communications and ensure partners have a consistently high-quality Studio McGee experience. Retail & Local Influencer Support Build relationships with relevant creators in markets surrounding Studio McGee retail locations and future store openings. Partner with Brand and Retail teams to identify the right creators to support store openings, shopping experiences, product launches, and local activations. Own the influencer component of events and activations, including creator identification, outreach, attendance, deliverables, and follow-up. Partner with the Director of Brand on broader events and community initiatives while remaining focused on influencer and creator participation. Measurement & Optimization Establish clear objectives and KPIs for influencer campaigns before launch. Track performance across paid partnerships, gifting, affiliate activity, content, and product/category initiatives. Measure both brand and commercial impact, including reach, engagement, content performance, traffic, new customer acquisition, affiliate revenue, ROAS, and product sales where measurable. Partner with Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to understand how creator content performs when amplified through paid media. Develop regular reporting that identifies what's working, what isn't, and where Studio McGee should invest next. Maintain budget discipline and evaluate partnerships based on both performance and strategic brand value. What You'll Bring: 4–6+ years of experience in influencer, creator, affiliate, social, or related digital marketing roles, preferably within a consumer, lifestyle, home, fashion, beauty, or retail brand. Hands-on experience managing influencer relationships and paid creator partnerships. Experience with creator commerce and affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, AWIN, or similar platforms. Understanding of influencer contracting, content usage rights, whitelisting, paid amplification, and creator compensation models. Strong understanding of social platforms and the evolving creator landscape. Ability to evaluate both the creative quality of content and its business performance. Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance data to make investment decisions. Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and project-management skills. Strong aesthetic judgment and an understanding of what makes content feel authentic to a premium design and lifestyle brand. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships, campaigns, product launches, and deadlines simultaneously. Collaborative working style and ability to partner effectively across Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Retail, PR, and Social. What Success Looks Like: Success in this role means Studio McGee has a focused, measurable, and scalable creator program that: Introduces Studio McGee to new and relevant audiences. Builds lasting relationships with creators who authentically represent the brand. Drives meaningful product discovery and customer acquisition. Produces high-quality creator content that performs beyond the creator's own channels. Creates a repeatable pipeline of content for paid media, email, PDPs, social, and other owned channels. Uses performance data to continually improve where and how we invest. Supports Studio McGee's growth as both a premier design and taste leader and a leading home furnishings brand.
