We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help scale influencer marketing activities across Ten Square Games' portfolio of mobile games. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns, building relationships with creators and agencies, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns that support business growth. What will you be doing? Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across multiple mobile game titles; Build and maintain relationships with creators and creator representatives; Negotiate campaign terms and coordinate campaign execution; Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of all assets; Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports; Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Analytics, LiveOps and external partners; Identify new creator opportunities and industry trends; Contribute to the continuous improvement of influencer marketing processes. What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing; Experience managing influencer campaigns from planning to reporting; Strong negotiation and communication skills; Excellent organizational skills and a high level of self-management, with the ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple campaigns in a fully remote environment; Readiness to work flexibly across European and US time zones, including occasional evening hours when required by campaign schedules, creator communication, or launches; Fluent English; Analytical mindset and ability to work with campaign data. Amaze us with: Experience in mobile gaming, gaming or entertainment; Experience working with international creators; Understanding of performance marketing metrics; Familiarity with AppsFlyer or similar attribution tools.
