Influencer Marketing Manager - Remote, Full-Time

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency specializing in YouTube creator partnerships and performance-driven campaigns. We help brands scale through authentic creator collaborations that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable business results across the U.S. and European markets. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships and campaign execution across YouTube. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with creators, managing influencer campaigns, and building relationships within the U.S. and/or European creator ecosystem. Responsibilities Execute influencer marketing campaigns focused on YouTube creators Research, outreach and onboard creators aligned with client objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers Manage campaign negotiations, contracts, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate campaign execution from outreach through reporting Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, creator landscape changes, and emerging opportunities Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success Track KPIs including views, engagement, conversions, and ROI Scale creator networks across the U.S. and European markets Your profile: 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Talent Management, or Digital MarketingProven experience managing YouTube influencer campaigns Strong understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem Experience working with creators in the U.S. and/or European markets Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Fluent English (written and spoken) Existing network of YouTube creators, agencies, or talent managers Experience with performance marketing campaigns Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and sponsorships What we offer: 100% remote work environment Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours Yearly team events with travel and accomendation Opportunity to work with leading brands and top YouTube creators International campaigns across the U.S. and Europe Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunities High level of ownership and direct impact on company success
