Influencer Marketing Relations Manager - Freelance

We develop authentic influencer campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms. Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies. Source influencers that align with client campaigns, target audiences, and brand objectives. Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through content delivery and reporting. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness. Ensure creators meet deadlines and deliver content according to campaign guidelines. Requirements 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Existing relationships with influencers or talent agencies are highly preferred. Experience using influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
