Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote)

At TalentPop App, we're growing our own in-house marketing team, and we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who knows how to build creator relationships, drive campaigns from end to end, and deliver real results.

This is not a task-execution role. We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of the influencer pipeline — proactively managing outreach, tracking deliverables, and keeping campaigns moving with minimal oversight.

This is a genuinely permanent, 100% remote role. No office, no commute, no return-to-office plans down the line.

The basics:

Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates

Location: 100% remote, permanently — open to applicants in South Africa, Philippines, and Jamaica

What You'll Do

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

• Find and vet influencers and creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for brand fit and audience quality
• Handle outreach and follow-up across email, Slack, Discord, and DMs
• Negotiate compensation and gifting packages with creators

Campaign & Affiliate Management

• Coordinate gifting and product seeding, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates through platforms like Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy
• Track deliverables and follow up on missed deadlines across your creator roster
• Coordinate UGC campaigns, including content rights collection

Reporting & Organization

• Maintain pipeline trackers for full visibility across active campaigns
• Build performance reports covering reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a closely related digital marketing role
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and influencer or affiliate tools such as Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy
• Comfortable working across Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva, and AI tools on a daily basis
• Strong written communication — you'll represent our brand in outreach and maintain ongoing creator relationships
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage a high-volume creator pipeline simultaneously
• Proactive by nature — you flag issues before they become problems and take initiative without waiting to be told

Technical Requirements

• A personally owned PC or laptop (borrowed equipment not accepted)
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
• A dedicated, quiet workspace
