Influencer Marketing Specialist – USA - Remote (m/f/d)

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you will take full operational ownership of our influencer marketing activities in the US market. From identifying and approaching new creators to negotiating partnerships, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance, you will own the entire process and turn creator partnerships into measurable growth. YOUR IMPACT Research and identify relevant influencers and creators in the US market Proactively reach out to new creators and build new partnerships Negotiate rates, terms, deliverables, and contracts Create clear and effective creator briefings Coordinate content production and posting schedules Monitor agreed deliverables and ensure campaigns are executed on time Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators Analyze revenue, ROAS, creator codes, and affiliate links Identify top-performing creators and opportunities to scale successful partnerships Prepare weekly performance reports and derive concrete optimization measures WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US 2–3 years of professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing or a comparable role Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing commercial partnerships Good understanding of performance marketing and KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, conversion, and CAC Experience working with creator codes, affiliate links, and performance tracking Strong understanding of social media, creators, and current content trends Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build long-term creator relationships Highly organized, structured, and reliable way of working Strong ownership, initiative, and hands-on mentality Fluent English, both written and spoken Passion for fashion, D2C, and social commerce WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT CFAB Fully Remote Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Paid Time Off Paid vacation days plus applicable state-required sick leave.
