TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

As a TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Specialist you will take operational ownership of our TikTok Shop and creator activities. You will manage TikTok Shop operations, coordinate TikTok Lives, build and activate creator partnerships, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. Working closely with our Influencer Marketing team in Germany, you will help drive the growth of cfab across TikTok. YOUR IMPACT Manage our TikTok Shop operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution Plan and coordinate TikTok Lives from preparation through execution Research and proactively approach relevant influencers and TikTok creators Activate creators and build long-term relationships that drive consistent content output Coordinate product and sample shipments to creators Negotiate, finalize, and manage creator contracts and agreements Plan and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok Monitor postings, deadlines, deliverables, and campaign requirements Track and analyze performance across relevant KPIs Evaluate revenue, ROAS, creator codes, affiliate links, and individual creator performance Work closely with our Influencer Marketing team in Germany Prepare weekly performance reports and derive actionable insights WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US 2–3 years of professional experience in TikTok, Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Commerce, or a comparable role Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok creator campaigns Strong understanding of TikTok, creator ecosystems, and social commerce Experience managing creators from initial outreach through campaign execution and performance analysis Confident negotiation skills and experience managing commercial creator partnerships Strong analytical mindset and understanding of KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, conversion, and creator performance Highly organized and structured way of working with strong attention to deadlines and deliverables Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term creator relationships High ownership, initiative, and hands-on mentality Fluent English, both written and spoken Passion for fashion, creators, TikTok, and D2C e-commerce WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT CFAB Fully Remote Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Paid Time Off Paid vacation days plus applicable state-required sick leave.
