You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: You'll own the strategy, execution, and growth of BURGA's creator seeding efforts across multiple markets. From identifying the right creators and launching impactful gifting campaigns to optimizing processes and leading a team, you'll ensure our products reach the right hands, generate authentic visibility, and turn creators into genuine BURGA advocates. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and scale BURGA's global influencer gifting and creator seeding program across multiple markets. Develop and execute gifting strategies aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business goals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, turning top performers into loyal BURGA advocates. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize processes and results. Identify emerging creator trends, content opportunities, and new influencer categories across social platforms. Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Production, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Lead, mentor, and support the Gifting Team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and professional growth. Drive innovation and scalability by improving systems, workflows, and the overall efficiency of the gifting program. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Social Media Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience managing influencer campaigns at scale across multiple markets. Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for creator marketing, social media, and brand building. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluent English communication skills. SALARY: 3400-4000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
