OVERVIEW:
The Talent Coordinator works alongside our talent managers to seamlessly execute brand campaigns while fostering strong relationships with creators and clients. This role is a great fit for someone who has already run social campaigns end to end and is ready to take on a larger book of creators and clients.
WHEN & WHERE:
This is a hybrid, full-time role based in our San Diego office. Campaign timing occasionally calls for non-traditional hours, so some evening or weekend work is part of a standard 40-hour week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist talent managers in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Build and nurture relationships with clients and creators to foster long-term collaborations.
Track campaign progress, deliverables, and deadlines within our internal system, ensuring all requirements are met.
Manage content usage, exclusivity, and whitelisting rights.
Manage the technical side of campaign delivery, including ad codes, spark codes, and platform-specific requirements.
Gather and analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 2 years of experience executing social media campaigns
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills that are timely and professional
Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Consistently meet deadline requirements
Steady, positive presence with clients and creators, including when timelines shift or a project gets difficult
Passion for social media
Ability and desire to go above and beyond to satisfy clients and creators
Fun, positive, and motivated to grow with a small, yet rapidly growing company
Proficient in G-Suite and technology (CreatorCore, Gmail, Slack + other collaborative tools)
NICE TO HAVE:
Coursework or a degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field
Direct experience working with influencers or managed talent
Experience building an audience, your own or someone else's
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The expected compensation range for this role is $24 to $28 per hour. We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), PTO, sick time, an annual flexible holiday, and 7 paid company holidays each year.
