Role Description The Infor LN Projects Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and supporting implementation and optimization of Infor LN Projects modules for PCG clients. This role includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Infor LN to align with project, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, and guiding customers through solution design, testing, and deployment. The consultant collaborates closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to provide process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable, scalable system performance. Daily activities involve creating functional specifications, documenting configurations, delivering end-user training, and contributing to best practices and templates for future implementations. The role also includes participation in continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and occasional support of pre-sales activities such as solution demos and effort estimates.
Qualifications

• Strong functional and configuration skills in Infor LN (preferably Projects, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain modules).
• Experience with ERP implementation, business process analysis, and solution design in complex manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, create functional documentation, and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Proficiency in testing, issue resolution, and support activities across full project lifecycles.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in cross-functional and remote teams.
• Experience providing user training, change management support, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ERP environments (e.g., Infor CloudSuite) and integration with related business systems is beneficial.
• Background in industries such as aerospace and defense, automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse distribution is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
